"We've Been Too Risk Averse!" Tobias Ellwood On Ukraine's Incursion Into Russia

A little over a week ago, Ukraine's defence forces carried out a game-changing operation that saw them take the war into Russia's territory of Kursk.
Jeremy Kyle brings Former Defence Minister Tobias Ellwood on to Talk for an analysis of this stunning move. Currently, the Ukrainians have control of around 1000 sq km of Russia.
Tobias describes the attack as risky, but also that it's a massive morale boost for Ukraine and a huge test for Putin; considering that he's the first Russian leader to lose territory to a foreign power since the Second World War.
The Kursk offensive does however call into question the behaviour of Ukraine's partners; specifically their tendency to hold back deliveries of weapons and put restrictions on where they can be used.
